Jay brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience building high-performing creative, production, and client service organizations. Most recently, he served as Global Director of One Health Studios at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, where he led the company's global in-house production organization supporting marketing, communications, research and development, medical, regulatory, and commercial teams. Under his leadership, the organization earned more than 50 industry awards, achieved exceptional client satisfaction, and reduced production costs by more than 60% through in-house creative and operational efficiencies.

In his new role, Jay will lead the continued growth of the IMS event staging business by strengthening strategic client partnerships, expanding service offerings, and advancing emerging event technologies. His focus will be on delivering exceptional client experiences and helping organizations communicate their stories through meaningful live, hybrid, and virtual experiences.
