Sky has been in the live content and producer space for over 20 years. He joins IMS after producing, directing, and managing the technical and client-facing coordination of live events, studio broadcasts, department meetings, and webcasts within a global
firm.
Melissa Ross, Sr. Systems & Quality Assurance Engineer (Systems Integration)
Melissa has been in AV for over 23 years, mostly in the live event, big PA, theme park, and large venue space. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from NC State University in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a structural concentration. She holds a PE license North Carolina and obtained it primarily to stamp rigging drawings and custom solutions in the large venue space.
Nathan DePaulo, Senior Systems Engineer (Systems Integration)
Nathan joins IMS after working for another AV company as a Project Engineer where he was the technical lead for complex projects responsible for system configuration, testing, trouble shooting, and customer training. He also has experience running his own lighting and sound installation company, and as a service delivery technician for a communications company. Nathan graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors of Science in Physics. His certifications include: Crestron CTI-P101 & CTI-CIF-QSC, Q-SYS Level 1, and Dante level 1&2.
Joey D’Ambrosia, Field Engineer (Systems Integration)
Joey comes to IMS after working as a Fire/Medical Telecommunicator from New Castle County 911. Previously, he worked as a Lighting Tech/Video Production Specialist, Technology Specialist and Infrastructure Analyst. He earned a B.S. in Cinema, Television, and Media Productions from Kutztown University, while working as an Assistant Classroom Technology Manager. He also earned a B.S in Cybersecurity and Information Security from the Western Governors University. In his spare time, Joey likes to volunteer at the Five Points Fire Company as the Lieutenant of Fire Line Operations and as an EMT.
Vince Cotter, Field Engineer (Systems Integration)
Vince rejoined IMS as a Field Engineer for Systems Integration, after previously working in our Event Staging division. He is CTS certified, and also received certifications with AVIXA, Q-SYS, OSHA, Extron and Dante. Vince graduated from Neumann University in May 2021 and prior to joining IMS, held a variety of TV and news radio internships and worked as a freelancer.
David Fisher, Chief Revenue Officer (Systems Integration)
Fisher brings a wealth of experience in helping organizations achieve new heights of success across many industries. Most recently, he served as president of one of the top 5 electronic security companies in the US. where he oversaw nearly 400 employees and was responsible for approximately $150M in revenue. Previously, he was also EVP and GM at another top ten national security integrator where he was responsible for creating and growing the company’s video analytics business.
Wayne McCray, Warehouse Technician, Linwood (Event Staging)
Wayne joined IMS after working as a product technician for a television network where he was responsible for coordinating design plans, writing production specifications, resolving issues, and training new technicians on production procedures. He also previously held roles including a maintenance technician and logistics operator. Wayne believes he is skilled in enhancing processes, able to keep supplies organized and teams on task, and has a proven record of increasing work productivity.
