Thomas “Otto” Taylor, Lighting Engineer (Event Staging)
Thomas started his career as a Staging Warehouse Hand at a tradeshow provider back in 2010. He progressed to a Lighting Warehouse Manager responsible for all lighting needs of the company and striking most lighting shows between Philadelphia and New York City. 5 Years later he became the Staging Warehouse Manager with over 10 direct reports and was accountable for managing all staging warehouse needs (lighting, audio, video, sets, etc.).
Jose Rojas, Orlando Production Manager (Event Staging)
Jose has been supporting Live Production, Touring, and Corporate E vents for over 25 years as a Freelance Production Manager. He has extensive experience in show pre-production, Vectorworks show designs, and site crew management while coordinating client and venue technical needs and logistics.
Naim Maybank, Warehouse Technician/Driver (Event Staging)
Naim comes to IMS most recently from Amazon where he was a Package H andler and Driver. Prior to that, he worked as a Forklift Operator for CTI Foods and United Scrap Metal. Naim is looking forward to learning more about the event industry and will start by supporting the warehouse and all of its technical and driving activities.
Katherine Panetti, Warehouse Technician - Orlando (Event Staging)
Katherine has been an AV Technician since 2012, and has gained extensive experience and knowledge utilizing industry standard equipment while leading and advising clients. Tired of the “unknown” in the freelance space, she is looking to expand her skills and grow with a strong company like IMS.
