IMS Technology Services (IMS) closed out 2025 with five significant industry honors, reinforcing our position as a national leader in audio visual systems integration and event staging. The awards, three of which were announced in December, recognize excellence across our business and reflect a milestone year defined by leadership transition, innovation, and people-first values.
Leading the recognition was IMS being named 2025 Integrator of the Year, a top industry honor co-presented by Commercial Integrator, Security Sales & Integration, and NSCA. Announced last month, the award recognizes our leadership, innovation, and client-focused excellence during our 30th anniversary year, a period that ultimately became a catalyst for growth and reinvention.
“Being named 2025 Integrator of the Year is a powerful affirmation of who we are as an organization and I am incredibly proud of our team,” said Dave Fisher, President of Systems Integration at IMS. “Rather than being unsettled by change, we rallied around our core principles of integrity, client focus, innovation, and teamwork. Every department leaned in to support one another, ensuring our projects, clients, and culture never missed a beat. This recognition is a testament to the strength of our foundation, resilience of our people, and shared commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.”
IMS also earned its fifth consecutive Commercial Integrator award (and sixth overall) with a Best Large Venue Project win for Longwood Reimagined. The award recognized our work supporting the $250 million transformation at Longwood Gardens that delivered immersive, future-ready audiovisual experiences that enhance visitor engagement while honoring the site’s historic and cultural significance.
Further reinforcing our market leadership and growth, IMS was named a Top 50 Systems Integrator by SCN for the third year in a row. Rankings are determined based on projected revenue from commercial AV systems installations for the current year.
Beyond technical excellence, IMS has also cultivated a standout culture known for people-first values, collaborative environment, and long-term investment in our team, earning a fourth consecutive Best Places to Work award from the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Rounding out our 2025 honors, Chris Kissel, CMP, National Account Manager, was named Supplier of the Year last month by the Philadelphia Area Chapter of Meeting Professionals International.
“Our Event Staging team is built on relationships, responsiveness, excellence, and trust,” said Paul Wedesky, President of Event Staging. “Chris’s recognition as Supplier of the Year reflects the professionalism and passion our team brings to every event, and it is especially meaningful to see that work recognized by peers within the hospitality community.”
As we look ahead to 2026, we remain focused on expanding our capabilities, investing in innovation, and delivering meaningful experiences across systems integration and event staging.
“These awards affirm where we’ve been, but more importantly, they reinforce where we are going,” Fisher added. “With a strong leadership team, deeply committed people, an exceptional culture, innovative client-centric services, and a clear vision for the future, IMS is entering 2026 ready to build on this momentum and continue raising the bar for our industry.”
